Are you a new mom who is struggling with intense anxiety and panic attacks?
Being a new mom is stressful at the best of times. But if you’re feeling overwhelmed by worry, fear and anxiety, it’s time to get the support you need for you and your baby.
The crippling emotions and feelings that you have can limit what you’re able to do each day for yourself and for your baby. This along with fears and anxious thoughts can trigger panic attacks.
Perhaps you find yourself….
- Anxiously checking your baby multiple times a day and researching online for what might be wrong
- Having trouble falling asleep and suffering with insomnia due to worrying about your baby
- Constantly feeling tense, tired and on edge and not in the present moment
- Not asking for help because you don’t want to appear incapable, even though you’re feeling exhausted trying to do everything on your own.
- Feeling angry and irritable because you cannot do the simple things that you were once able to.
If you continue to not give yourself the care you need, this can all have a detrimental impact on your health.
It’s important to receive support and to practice self care because once you feel strong again, mentally and physically, you will have more energy to look after your child without feeling angry, nervous or overwhelmed.
Mothers must care for their minds and bodies first in order to care for anyone else.

About me
In year 2011 I was so happy to give birth to a healthy son. I was breast feeding him for 2 years, and after that time he began to take one virus after the other, and my body was feeling really tired, nervous, exhausted and I had a terrible insomnia. I did not have the strength to do anything, and in the end I was afflicted by strong fears and panic attacks. I was really afraid to go out and to be alone.
I felt disconnected from my body, my body was out of control.
Better late then never I realized that I needed help and thanks God we found a loving nanny.
She told me Cecilia when I am here try to go out for a walk or take time for your self.
So I started to go to a Yoga class even if I felt terrible because I felt always so nervous that I couldn’t stand still for few seconds.
I was looking for inner peace and restoring balance in the body.
I. must say that it was a miracle Yoga and a proper nutrition helped me a lot during these times to recover.
Yoga means for me an inner transformation technique that you could experience for yourself.
By holding certain positions, blockages and tension can be released and increased strength can be developed in the affected areas. But the ultimate goal of yoga for me is a journey through myself into our heart.
Through various breathing techniques and meditations as well as accompanying asanas we can regain our inner peace and strength.
My biggest wish is to help so many moms in this postpartum time and bring their joy back to life.
In addition I would like to bring back an atmosphere of trust in body, mind and soul.
The goal is to balance the body and the mind as much. It will help you to relax, sleep better, reduce anxiety and maybe to feel company.
